Ryan Hayes

Ryan Hayes is General Counsel at Espresso Capital. Before joining Espresso, Ryan practiced law in the banking and financial services group of Osler, Hoskin, and Harcourt LLP, where he advised borrowers and lenders in various industries, including technology and communications. Earlier, he was part of the corporate group at Fogler, Rubinoff LLP. Before attending law school, Ryan worked in BlackBerry’s strategic alliances group. He also sits on the Loan Review Committee of Rise Asset Development, a charity providing loans to entrepreneurs with mental health and addiction challenges.
