Martin Ross

Martin Ross is Espresso Capital’s Counsel, responsible for, among other things, the documentation, negotiation, and completion of the firm’s loan transactions. Prior to joining Espresso, Martin, was a co-founder of Ross Rumbell Professional Corporation, a corporate and banking boutique law firm, assisted Espresso’s loan origination and underwriting teams in creating Espresso’s loan documentation and oversaw Espresso’s loan transactions. Prior to co-founding Ross Rumbell Professional Corporation, he was a Partner in a major Canadian law firm.
