Toronto — May 5, 2022 — Espresso Capital announced today that it has extended a $10 million credit facility to Messagepoint, a provider of industry-leading cloud-based customer communication management (CCM) software solutions. The company will use the funds to expand its market outreach and continue to help organizations modernize their approach to customer communications.

The company is also investing in its AI-powered Content Intelligence offering to help businesses migrate, manage, and optimize their content. In addition, the funding will support Messagepoint’s expansion of its partner network in Europe and Asia Pacific, while also allowing the company to target new market segments with packaged verticalized solutions.
